Description
The Glock 43X and 48 MOS slides have their own optic footprint from the factory, and that footprint does not accept the Holosun 407K or 507K directly. This adapter plate from C&H Precision solves that by bridging the MOS cut to the smaller Holosun footprint, letting you run either of those compact red dots on a platform that would otherwise leave them unsupported.
The plate is machined from 6061 aluminum, which keeps added weight minimal on a pistol that was already engineered for a slim, concealable profile. The MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodize is not just a cosmetic finish — that coating significantly increases surface hardness over bare aluminum, which matters when the optic and slide are cycling together under recoil thousands of times. All mounting hardware is stainless steel, so you are not pairing a hard-anodized aluminum plate with screws that will corrode or gall under torque.
C&H machines each plate on HAAS CNC equipment and runs individual quality checks before shipping. Because adapter plates sit between two precision-machined surfaces — the slide and the optic — dimensional consistency is what determines whether your zero holds. The plate ships with three M4 x 10.5mm M3H screws for mounting to the slide. C&H recommends dry-fitting everything before final installation, particularly because tolerances can stack across the slide, plate, and optic.
