The C&H Precision adapter plate bridges the Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 C.O.R.E. slide cut to the Leupold Delta Point Pro and EOTech EFLX footprints, giving owners of the factory optics-ready pistol a direct path to either of those two optics without slide milling. The C.O.R.E. cut is a proprietary S&W pattern; without a plate like this, neither the DPP nor the EFLX will sit flush or secure against that slide. The plate solves that geometry mismatch in a single drop-in piece.
C&H machines the plate from 6061 aluminum and finishes it with a MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodize. That anodize is not a paint or coating applied on top of the metal — it converts the surface layer of the aluminum itself into aluminum oxide, which is harder than the base alloy and resistant to the kind of surface wear a slide-mounted component takes over time. Mounting hardware is stainless steel, which avoids the galvanic corrosion that can develop between fasteners and an aluminum body under sustained use.
The plate accommodates all caliber variants of the M2.0 C.O.R.E. platform, so whether the host pistol is chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, or 10mm Auto, the same plate applies. Each unit is CNC-machined on HAAS equipment and passes through multiple quality checks before leaving C&H’s facility in coastal Georgia. Included in the package is the plate itself and three 6-32 × .500 stainless steel mounting screws. C&H recommends a dry-fit of all components before final installation to confirm seating before torquing anything down — a sensible step with any precision-machined interface.
