Description

The C&H Precision adapter plate bridges the gap between a factory Glock MOS slide and two of the more popular compact red dots on the market — the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro and the EOTech EFLX — without requiring any slide milling. The plate seats directly into the existing MOS cutout, covering a wide range of Gen4 and Gen5 frames including the G17, G19, G20, G21, G22, G23, G26, G34, G35, G40, G41, G45, and G47.

The body is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodizing, which builds a harder surface layer than standard anodizing and resists the kind of wear that comes from holster friction and repeated optic removal. The mounting hardware runs on replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts rather than threaded holes cut directly into the aluminum plate. That matters because the softer aluminum would eventually strip under repeated mounting cycles, whereas the steel inserts take the thread load and can be swapped out individually if they are ever damaged — the plate itself stays serviceable. The patented T-nut design provides six to seven threads of engagement, which distributes the clamping force across more contact area than a shallow thread would.

Hardware for both optic footprints ships in the box: separate screw sets for the DeltaPoint Pro and the EFLX mean you are not improvising with whatever fasteners are on hand.
