C&H PLT SA XDM OSP TO RMR/407C/507C

Description

The C&H Precision SA-OSP-RSH is an adapter plate built for Springfield Armory XDM OSP pistols whose owners want to run a Trijicon RMR, Holosun 407C, or Holosun 507C without sending the slide out for milling. The OSP cut on these pistols accepts optics directly, but the footprint of those red dots does not match it natively — this plate bridges that gap, letting you mount any of those optics to a footprint the XDM OSP was not originally cut for.

The plate is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodize, which gives the surface genuine corrosion and abrasion resistance rather than a cosmetic coating. At roughly .095 to .099 inches thick, it adds minimal height between the slide and optic. Four M3 plate-mounting screws secure it to the slide, and the included hardware kit covers the optic side with screw lengths matched specifically to RMR and Holosun 407C/507C geometry — the depth difference between those optic housings matters for thread engagement, and C&H accounts for it with separate screw sets rather than a single compromise length. Retention is handled by patented 416 stainless steel T-nuts that distribute clamping load and resist the repeated recoil impulse of a centerfire pistol.

The plate is designed and machined at C&H Precision’s facility in Coastal Georgia on HAAS CNC equipment. Worth noting: this design is not compatible with .45 ACP variants of the XDM — it is intended for 9mm and 10mm frames only.
