Description
The C&H Precision Speed Feed Pro in brass is built for Glock 17 Gen 5 shooters who want a functional improvement to their reload cycle without adding bulk or altering the pistol’s exterior profile. The part drops into the frame’s grip cavity and replaces dead space with a machined brass insert, which serves two purposes simultaneously: it guides the magazine into the well at an optimized angle to shorten reload splits, and it adds meaningful mass low in the grip where it does the most good for muzzle control.
The weight contribution is the less obvious benefit. Brass is dense enough that even a compact insert shifts the balance of the pistol noticeably toward the grip, which dampens muzzle rise between shots and makes follow-up targets easier to reacquire. Competitive shooters running high round counts will feel the difference over a string; for EDC carry, the added density does not increase the pistol’s external footprint, so concealment is unaffected.
Fit is CNC machined to the Gen 5 frame geometry specifically, meaning no fitting, no adhesives, and no frame modification. It also closes off the open cavity in the grip frame, keeping debris and fouling out of the interior — a practical benefit in any environment where the gun goes to ground. The design carries USPSA approval for competition use. Made in the USA by C&H Precision.
