The Cloud Defensive Chicro is a compact administrative light built for everyday carry tasks where a full-size flashlight would be excessive. It fits a shirt pocket, a chest rig admin pouch, or rides clipped to a hat brim, and it covers the kind of close-range work — reading a map, moving through a building, managing gear in low light — where you want immediate, reliable output without bulk.

Cloud Defensive built the Chicro around a 10440 rechargeable cell. That chemistry allows the light to push significantly harder than a standard AAA-powered light of the same physical size, which is why the high output setting is genuinely useful for room illumination rather than just an emergency fallback. The low setting steps down to a fraction of that output, giving you a mode that works for close work without blowing out your night-adapted vision or signaling farther than necessary.

Runtime at the high setting is measured in under an hour, which is the honest trade-off for that output level from a small cell. The low setting extends use considerably, making it practical for prolonged tasks. When the battery is depleted, the integrated USB-C port in the light head lets you charge in place — no battery removal, no separate charger required.

The pocket clip reverses to accommodate different carry orientations, and the light supports both momentary and constant-on activation, so you can adapt its use to whatever situation you’re working in. The package includes the light, battery, and charging cable, so it is ready to use out of the box.
