The ZEROED 46 is CMMG’s suppressor built for .45 caliber and smaller centerfire pistol and rifle cartridges, making it a practical single-unit solution for shooters who run multiple hosts across different calibers rather than buying a dedicated can for each one. The body is constructed from 17-4 stainless steel with a nitride finish, which resists both corrosion and the kind of finish flaking that heat cycling tends to cause on suppressors over extended use.

Two direct-thread HUB mounts ship in the box—one threaded 1/2″-28 and one 5/8″-24—so the suppressor is ready to mount on common pistol and rifle hosts without an additional purchase. The HUB system is also the practical advantage here: a 1/2″ square drive on the front cap and 7/8″ wrench flats on the mounts mean standard hand tools handle attachment and removal, which eliminates the dependency on a proprietary wrench. For shooters who prefer a quick-detach setup, the suppressor accepts 1.375″-24 threaded HUB-pattern QD systems, so the mounting interface can grow with your hardware over time.

The suppressor carries a full-auto rating, which speaks to the construction tolerances and materials chosen—sustained fire puts significantly more thermal stress on a suppressor than semi-automatic use, and a can rated for it handles typical range sessions with meaningful margin. Every ZEROED suppressor is manufactured entirely in-house at CMMG’s facility, keeping quality control within their own production chain rather than distributed across outside vendors.
