The Cole-TAC Brain Bucket Bag in MultiCam is built around a straightforward problem: helmets are awkward to transport and easy to damage, yet most soft bags offer no real structure or organization for the gear that goes with them. This one addresses that with a 16-liter capacity sized specifically to swallow a modern tactical helmet along with the accessories mounted to or stored with it.

Construction is 1000 Denier Nylon, which strikes a practical balance between abrasion resistance and weight — heavy enough to shrug off the rough handling a range bag or kit bag sees, light enough that it doesn’t add meaningless bulk to a loadout. The main compartment is full-length and top-loading, so you can drop a helmet in without wrestling with it, while a full-length side-zipper pocket gives you fast access to flat items you’d otherwise have to dig past the helmet to reach.

Front and back drag handles mean you can grab the bag quickly from either orientation without hunting for a carry point. Inside, a Velcro panel is sized for blinkers, IR strobes, patches, and battery packs — the kind of small items that typically migrate to the bottom of any bag and disappear. A Velcro name tape area on the exterior keeps the bag identifiable in a pile of similar-looking kit. At just over eleven ounces empty, the bag itself contributes almost nothing to carry weight.
