Description

The EOTech DCBL is a 9mm suppressor built specifically for pistol-caliber carbines and designed to handle the sustained round counts and thermal stress that platform demands. Rather than a conventional baffle stack, it uses EOTech’s Proprietary Breathable Technology, which actively manages internal pressure during the firing cycle. That pressure stabilization reduces the blowback gas that otherwise pushes back through the action, which means less carbon deposited in the receiver and smoother, more consistent cycling — a meaningful difference on a PCC where the gas/bolt timing is already tuned close to the edge.

The tube and baffle assembly are machined from monolithic Grade 5 titanium, the same alloy grade used in aerospace and surgical applications for its combination of high tensile strength and low weight. Going monolithic — meaning the baffles and outer body are one continuous piece rather than stacked components — removes the internal seams and interfaces where carbon and fouling typically pack in and become difficult to clear. The exterior carries a Cerakote finish in Flat Dark Earth, which gives the titanium meaningful protection against salt air, moisture, and the abrasive environments where this suppressor is intended to work without adding appreciable thickness or weight.

The Tan Cerakote finish is a practical choice for shooters who run their carbines in varied light conditions or who prefer a lower-contrast profile in natural terrain. Sound reduction and recoil impulse reduction work together here: the same pressure management that smooths the gas pulse through the action also shapes the muzzle report, making the DCBL useful for communication and situational awareness during extended firing sessions.
