Description
The B&T TiGER 22 Ti is built for shooters who want meaningful sound reduction on rimfire platforms without adding noticeable weight or bulk to a lightweight setup. Small game hunting, pest control, and precision rimfire work are natural fits, and the suppressor’s versatility extends it to a handful of centerfire applications as well.
The entire baffle stack is 3D-printed from titanium rather than machined from tube stock, which allows B&T to eliminate traditional weld seams. Weld-free construction removes the failure points that heat cycling and sustained fire can stress over time, and titanium as a base material resists corrosion in a way that stainless steel does not match at equivalent weight. At 4 ounces, the can adds so little mass at the muzzle that balance on a compact rimfire rifle or pistol is largely unchanged.
The 1/2×28 thread pitch covers most factory .22 LR barrels, and the suppressor is rated for .22 Magnum and 5.7×28mm as well. B&T also rates it for bolt-action .223 use — a meaningful extension of utility for a hunter who runs one suppressor across multiple platforms. The full-auto rating applies to .22 LR and 5.7mm; the .223 rating is bolt-action only, which reflects a thermal limit rather than a pressure concern.
The natural titanium finish is left in a Type 2 anodized gray, and the user-serviceable design means baffle cleaning is straightforward rather than requiring a return to the manufacturer. A lifetime limited warranty backs the construction.
