Federal Black Cloud FS Steel is built for waterfowl hunters who need a load that performs reliably through both ported and standard chokes without sacrificing pattern quality. Most steel loads are optimized for one or the other; the FliteControl Flex wad addresses both by deploying its petals from the rear rather than the front, which delays wad separation long enough to let the shot column stabilize before the wad peels away.
