Description

The Grand Power K100 Mk23 is a double-action/single-action pistol built around a rotating barrel system. Where a conventional tilting-barrel design relies on controlled flex and ramp engagement to lock and unlock the breech, the rotating barrel locks directly into the slide at the moment of firing. This keeps the bore axis in a consistent relationship with the frame throughout the firing cycle, which tends to reduce muzzle flip and gives the shooter a faster return to target between shots.

The Mk23 generation of the K100 brings an optics-ready slide to the platform. Four mounting plates are included, covering the Vortex Venom/Docter/Noblex/MeoRed 30, Trijicon RMR, C-More STS2, and Shield SMS footprints, so you can fit a red dot without sending the slide out for milling. The factory three-dot sights remain usable as co-witnesses depending on the optic height you choose. Enhanced slide serrations front and rear give a more positive purchase during press-checks and administrative handling, which matters particularly when running the gun with a mounted optic that changes your grip geometry.

The grip texture on the Mk23 has been revised compared to earlier K100 variants — more aggressive in a way that keeps the gun planted during rapid fire without becoming uncomfortable during extended range sessions. A frame-mounted accessory rail allows attachment of a weapon light or laser without modification. Three magazines ship in the box, and the manual safety is frame-mounted and ambidextrous in its design, fitting naturally into a thumbs-forward grip.
