Description
The Grand Power Stribog SP45A3 is a pistol-format submachine gun design built around the roller-delayed blowback operating system — a mechanism that slows the rearward travel of the bolt by engaging rollers against the receiver walls before unlocking. That delay bleeds off chamber pressure more gradually than a straight blowback design would, which translates to a calmer impulse when firing a cartridge as stout as .45 ACP from a compact platform. It is a natural fit for a shooter who wants a high-capacity, pistol-caliber firearm that stays composed under rapid fire.
The receiver is machined from hardcoat anodized aluminum and paired with a polymer grip section, keeping weight manageable while giving the frame meaningful rigidity. A Picatinny rail runs along the receiver for optics mounting, and a second rail section at the rear allows accessories to be positioned further back. QD sling sockets are integrated into the receiver, so slinging the firearm does not require adding hardware. The 8-inch barrel is threaded and ships with a thread protector installed, leaving the muzzle ready for any compatible device without additional machining.
The trigger is a MIL-Spec AR-pattern design, which means shooters already familiar with that geometry will find the break and reset immediately familiar. Flip-up iron sights are fitted as standard, giving usable irons that fold flat when an optic is mounted over them. Capacity stands at 20 rounds, and the ambidextrous safety lever makes the control equally accessible regardless of which hand is dominant. One magazine is included.
