The Flow 45 M is HUXWRX’s modular pistol suppressor built for shooters who want a single can to serve across multiple hosts and carry configurations. It is machined from Grade 23 titanium, which strikes a meaningful balance between structural rigidity and weight—titanium at this grade tolerates the sustained heat and pressure of .45-caliber hosts without the mass penalty of steel, making the suppressor practical on a belt-carried pistol rather than just a range fixture.

The design ships in two usable lengths. The full configuration runs 8.5 inches and prioritizes sound reduction; the K configuration shortens to 6.3 inches for a more compact package when concealability or maneuverability matters more than maximum attenuation. Both lengths are housed in the same 1.38-inch diameter tube, so holster fitment stays consistent if you own a suppressor-ready holster sized around that diameter.

A .578×28 booster assembly is included, which matters practically: a Nielsen device is required for most semi-automatic pistols to allow the slide to cycle correctly when a suppressor adds mass to the barrel’s muzzle end. Having the booster in the box means the suppressor is ready to mount on a standard .578×28-threaded barrel without sourcing additional hardware. The C-Series Cerakote finish in Flat Dark Earth provides corrosion resistance suited to a suppressor that will see heat cycling and handling in varied conditions. The 3-lug hub opens additional mounting options beyond direct thread, accommodating hosts equipped with a compatible 3-lug adapter.
