HUX FLOW 762TI SUPPRESSOR FDE

Description

The HUXWRX Flow 762 Ti is built for shooters who run suppressed on 7.62 platforms and refuse to accept the usual trade-offs between weight and durability. The entire suppressor body is 3D-printed from Ti 6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium, which lets HUXWRX eliminate material where it isn’t needed structurally without compromising the baffle geometry or the housing’s ability to withstand sustained fire. The result is a can that handles full-auto use without the weight penalty that typically comes with that rating.

The core of how it works is the patented Flow-Through system. Rather than trapping and slowly bleeding expanding gases rearward — toward the shooter — the internal geometry cycles those gases forward in a helical path and vents them out through angled ports in the end cap. That forward redirection meaningfully reduces the blowback of propellant gases into the action and toward the shooter’s face, which matters especially on short-barreled rifles where gas behavior is most aggressive.

The same angled venting that moves gases forward also drives the Torque Lock mechanism. As gas exits through the end cap ports, the rotational force it generates bears against the suppressor’s attachment interface and keeps it from loosening under fire. There is no secondary locking ring or set screw to manage — the design uses the firing process itself to maintain the seal.

The integrated GeoFlash Cap geometry addresses flash signature as part of the suppressor’s function rather than as a separate accessory. The FDE finish is C-Series Cerakote. The suppressor is compatible with 5.56, 6.5, and 7.62 hosts and requires no modification to the host rifle’s gas system. No muzzle device is included.
