Description

The Lantac Adaptable Core ADC DT Hub is a titanium adapter designed to connect the ADC DT muzzle device to a barrel threaded 5/8×24 — the thread pitch common to .308-diameter and larger rifle barrels. Its purpose is straightforward: it decouples the suppressor mounting interface from the muzzle device itself, so the hub can be swapped or replaced without disturbing the outer device. That matters on a precision or hard-use rifle where mixing and matching suppressors across hosts, or replacing a worn mounting surface, would otherwise require removing and re-timing the entire muzzle assembly.

Titanium was chosen here for a reason that goes beyond material preference. Compared to steel, titanium offers a meaningful reduction in added weight at the muzzle — a point on a rifle where mass has an outsized effect on handling and the harmonics of the barrel during a shot. At the same time, titanium retains the strength needed to handle the sustained gas pressures and mechanical stress a suppressor mounting system sees in normal use, without the corrosion concerns of uncoated steel in wet or high-heat environments.

This hub is specific to the Lantac ADC DT system and is not a universal adapter. If you are running the ADC DT on a .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, or similarly threaded host and need a spare hub, a titanium alternative to a steel hub already in service, or are building out a second host for the same device, this is the part that makes that possible without purchasing a complete muzzle device assembly.
