Description
The Lantac ADC DT 5/8×24 Hub is a mounting adapter designed for shooters who run the Adaptable Core suppressor attachment system and need to mate it to a host with a 5/8×24 muzzle thread — the pitch most commonly found on rifles chambered for .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, and other larger-bore cartridges. The Hub is the barrel-side half of that relationship: it threads onto the muzzle and becomes the fixed interface point to which the ADC direct-thread mount engages. Keeping the barrel-side component separate from the suppressor itself means the suppressor can be removed and reinstalled without disturbing a zeroed mount, and a single suppressor can be moved between hosts that each carry their own Hub.
The appeal of this approach over a conventional direct-thread arrangement is repeatability. A traditional direct-thread can see slight variation in rotational position at full engagement, which can affect point of impact when swapping the suppressor on and off. A dedicated hub system addresses that by providing a consistent engagement surface each time. The 5/8×24 thread designation on this Hub covers the bore side; compatibility with the ADC direct-thread mount is the other half of the equation, so it is worth confirming your mount variant before ordering. Lantac manufactures the Adaptable Core line in the United States and the Hub itself is finished in black.
