Description

The Magpul DAKA GRID Organizer is a drop-in organizational system built for shooters who want to stop fighting their hard case foam every time their loadout changes. Designed specifically to fit the Plano 52″ All Weather 2 and Rustrictor gun cases, it replaces static foam cutouts with a modular grid of Expanded Polypropylene panels and blocks that can be rearranged without tools in seconds.

The system works through compression rather than contouring. Blocks are arranged around your rifles, optics, and accessories so that the EPP material grips and braces each piece of gear in place, limiting movement during transport. Because the contact points are distributed across the grid structure rather than relying on a snug foam cavity, impact energy is spread more broadly — gear stays put under rough handling rather than sliding when a foam wall compresses. EPP also does not absorb liquids or chemicals the way open-cell foam does, so contamination wipes off with a damp cloth instead of soaking in.

Configuring for wider or taller items is straightforward: remove a center panel to open a channel roughly 4.25 inches wide. If a standard panel dimension still does not fit a particular piece of gear, the EPP cuts cleanly with a knife and does not crumble or weaken at the cut edge, so you can shape a custom cavity without scrapping the panel. The kit includes six triple blocks, six double blocks, and replacement base foam, giving you enough material to fill the case and adapt to a range of loadouts from the start.
