Description

The Magpul DAKA Soft Rifle Case is built for days when a hard case is more than the job requires — range trips, vehicle transport, or moving quickly between locations where bulk and weight work against you. The shell is constructed from Magpul’s DAKA Grit material, a textured, weather-resistant fabric that sheds moisture without the rigidity of a traditional hard case, keeping the overall package light and easy to compress into a truck cab or pack around obstacles.

Closure is handled by a pair of YKK Aquaguard zippers, a waterproof zipper construction that holds up to repeated field use. The pulls are 550 cord, and each is finished with heat-shrink reinforcement at the attachment point — a detail that prevents the fraying that eventually kills lesser zipper pulls. The base runs MOLLE webbing, and four DAKA Gear Straps are included to anchor the rifle and accept compatible pouches, so the outside of the case can carry the same organizational load as any purpose-built MOLLE panel.

Inside the lid, three stretch-mesh pockets are sized to hold up to six PMAG LR/SR Gen M3 magazines, giving you a single-carry solution for a rifle and its ammunition supply. A separate mesh pocket handles small loose items, and a zippered interior pocket keeps documents or compact accessories secured and separate from gear that shifts during transport. The case dimensions suit a compact or mid-length rifle configuration at 35 inches in the black colorway.
