The DAKA Takeout is Magpul’s compact, general-purpose kit bag built for people who need their gear to hold up in genuinely demanding conditions — on the water, at the range, in a toolbox drawer, or stuffed into a travel bag. At 3.5 liters it sits in a useful middle ground: large enough for a dopp kit’s worth of supplies or a modest collection of range accessories, small enough to stay out of the way when you’re moving.

The bag is constructed from a polymer-infused textile, RF welded at every seam rather than stitched. That distinction matters in wet environments because welded seams don’t absorb water or degrade the way thread can. The material is also non-hygroscopic and chemical resistant, so spilled solvents or cleaning products aren’t going to compromise the structure. The anti-slip texture on the exterior improves grip when your hands aren’t clean or dry.

Access is handled by a full-length YKK AquaGuard zipper, which runs water-resistant by design rather than relying on a separate rain flap.
