Description

The Magpul DAKA V-Block Kit addresses a specific problem that flat-bottomed cases create: cylindrical or irregular gear has nothing to grip against and shifts around in transit, no matter how tightly you pack the surrounding foam or dividers. The V-shaped channel running down the center of each block gives round-section items — barrel assemblies, suppressors, scopes, rolled cleaning kits — a cradle that keeps them oriented and prevents lateral movement without crushing or marring the finish.

The kit ships with four blocks total: two double V-Blocks and two triple V-Blocks. That combination lets you dial in configurations for cases that carry a mix of gear sizes rather than committing to one uniform layout. Because the blocks are designed to work within Magpul’s DAKA GRID Organizer and DAKA Hard Case systems, they drop into the existing grid architecture without modification, expanding what those cases can hold in a stable and organized way rather than forcing you to jury-rig a solution with foam offcuts.

The blocks are molded from expanded polypropylene, which keeps weight low and resists both moisture and the solvents and lubricants that accumulate in any working gun case. The material doesn’t absorb oils or cleaning chemicals, so the blocks stay dimensionally stable and won’t transfer contamination between pieces of gear.
