Description

The Magpul EHG RG9 Full-Size Grip Module was developed in direct collaboration with Ruger to fit the RXM platform, giving owners a purpose-built ergonomic upgrade rather than a generic aftermarket adaptation. Because it is engineered specifically for the RXM, the fit is exact and no fitting or modification is required.

The grip surface uses Magpul’s Trapezoidal Surface Projection texture — a 3/4-scale pattern applied to the front strap, back strap, side panels, and index pads. TSP texture bites into the hand under recoil without becoming uncomfortable during extended handling, which is the practical trade-off that full-scale aggressive textures often lose. Forward index pads give a consistent reference point for hand placement, which matters for shooters who draw from concealment and need repeatable grip acquisition without looking at the gun.

The undercut trigger guard allows the shooting hand to ride higher on the frame, which shortens the lever arm between the bore axis and the grip — a geometry change that translates directly into reduced muzzle rise. A flared magazine well and a sculpted magazine-release scallop work together to make reloads faster and more positive, particularly under stress when fine motor control degrades. The carry-bob heel removes material from the grip’s lower rear corner, which reduces printing under a cover garment without requiring a separate grip reduction job. An integrated universal accessory rail runs beneath the dust cover for attaching lights or lasers without an adapter. Construction is high-strength polymer finished in matte black.
