Description

The SIG P365 X-MACRO Grip Module in Coyote Tan is a factory-made replacement frame designed for shooters who want to reconfigure an existing P365 fire control unit into the X-MACRO platform, or who are building out a new setup around a P365 FCU with manual safety. It gives you access to the higher-capacity X-MACRO magazine format without purchasing a complete pistol.

Three interchangeable backstraps—small, medium, and large—let you dial in the grip circumference to match your hand size rather than adapting your grip to whatever the factory shipped. The medium backstrap comes preinstalled. That adjustment matters practically: a grip that fits correctly reduces the tendency to torque the gun during the trigger press, particularly for shooters at the smaller or larger end of the spectrum.

The module ships with a true 1913 Picatinny rail at the forward end of the frame, which accepts most full-size weapon lights and lasers without an adapter. Laser-engraved stippling covers the grip panels and provides traction without the aggressive bite of a more aggressive texture treatment—appropriate for a pistol that may be carried against skin or a cover garment. The flared magazine well assists with reloads under stress. A manual safety cut-out is integrated into the frame, meaning this module is specifically matched to P365 FCUs equipped with a manual safety; it will not pair correctly with non-safety FCUs. Construction is polymer throughout, keeping weight down. Compatible slide assemblies include the P365XL and P365 X-MACRO configurations.
