MAGPUL EHG SG9 COMPACT FRAME FDE

Description

The Magpul EHG SG9 Compact grip frame is built for SIG P320 Compact owners who want a more purposeful hold without replacing the fire control group or abandoning their existing magazines. It drops in around OEM P320 trigger modules and accepts standard 15-round magazines along with their factory base plates, so there is no need to sort through compatibility charts before ordering.

The grip surface uses Magpul’s 3/4-scale TSP texture, which is a stepped, multi-directional pattern sized to work effectively even with gloved hands or in wet conditions without becoming abrasive during extended dry-fire sessions. The frame is approximately 1.25 inches wide, keeping the overall package close to the stock silhouette for holster compatibility. A carry-sized magazine well flare accelerates reloads without adding the bulk of a full competition funnel — a practical compromise for a pistol that will likely spend time in a holster rather than on a competition table.

The Picatinny rail section on the dust cover allows a standard weapon light or laser to mount without adapters. At the base of the backstrap, a lanyard slot provides a secondary retention option where that matters. The frame ships with Magpul’s own steel magazine release already installed. That release is finished in QPQ, a ferritic nitrocarburizing process that builds corrosion resistance into the surface rather than just coating over it. The release is also reversible, so left-handed shooters can reconfigure without sourcing a separate part. The frame itself is polymer construction, made in the USA. It is not compatible with P320 variants equipped with a manual safety.
