Description

The standard USGI ejection port cover on an AR-15, M4, or M16 is a stamped-steel part that bends under impact, corrodes over time, and requires tools, a steady hand, and patience to install. Magpul’s Enhanced Ejection Port Cover addresses each of those shortcomings as a direct drop-in replacement.

The cover is injection-molded from impact-resistant polymer, which means it will not take a permanent set if the rifle is banged around in the field, and it will not pit or rust in wet or humid conditions. The corrosion resistance extends to the cover’s components, not just the cover itself. Where the standard part demands that you wind a loose spring, seat an e-clip, and often pull the handguard to get enough clearance, this one snaps into place in seconds without removing any other parts from the rifle. There are no tools required and no small components to fumble with or lose.
