MAGPUL LIGHT MOUNT V-BLOCK/RINGS BLK

Description

The Magpul Light Mount V-Block and Rings is a mounting adapter designed to bridge the gap between a handheld tactical light and the Magpul-compatible mounts already on your rifle or shotgun. The problem it solves is a familiar one: most weapon lights are purpose-built for a specific mount interface, leaving handheld lights without a clean attachment path. This kit addresses that by accepting round-bodied lights across a broad range of body diameters, from 0.75 inches up to 1.04 inches, which covers the majority of popular handheld tactical lights on the market without requiring dedicated weapon-light versions of those tools.

Construction combines reinforced polymer with MIL-SPEC anodized aluminum. The aluminum handles the clamping load and resists the lateral stress that cycling and recoil place on anything cantilevered off the rail, while the polymer body keeps weight down. All necessary mounting hardware ships with the unit, so no separate hardware sourcing is needed.

Compatibility is intentionally scoped. This adapter works with Magpul’s own scout and cantilever mount platforms — including the MOE Scout Mount, the M-LOK Cantilever Rail/Light Mount in both aluminum and polymer versions, and the M-LOK Offset Light/Optic Mount variants — but it is not a universal rail clamp and will not fit third-party mounts or the MOE Cantilever Rail. If you are already running one of those compatible Magpul bases, this gives you a straightforward way to press a handheld light into weapon-mounted service without committing to a dedicated weapon light.
