Description

Magpul’s M-LOK Rail Covers Type 2 are designed for shooters who want to keep their aluminum M-LOK handguard functional and comfortable without adding unnecessary bulk or complexity. The two-piece construction allows each panel to be installed or removed in seconds using nothing more than a pointed tool, so reconfiguring your setup between uses requires no special hardware or workspace.

The covers are non-orientation specific, meaning there is no correct or incorrect direction of installation. Front-to-back, left-to-right, and rotational alignment are all interchangeable, which removes a common source of frustration when fitting covers under time pressure or in low-light conditions. Each panel sits just slightly above 1/8 inch proud of the mounting surface, keeping the profile low enough that snagging on gear or barriers is minimized during normal handling.

Contact surfaces carry Magpul’s TSP texture, which provides purchase for a support-hand grip without the harshness of aggressive stippling. The beveled edges along the perimeter contribute to the snag-resistant profile while keeping the overall feel comfortable during extended carry. A pre-scored center locking tab can be snapped off with a pointed tool, giving you the option to mix panels from different color variants for a customized appearance.

Each pack contains six panels, with each panel covering one M-LOK slot. Note that these covers are intended for metal M-LOK handguards and are not compatible with Magpul’s own MOE M-LOK, MOE SL, or SGA forends, nor with free-float handguards that have a wider, flatter profile. Made in the U.S.A.
