Description

The Noveske DM Slide is built for Glock 19 Gen 4 owners who want to mount a compatible optic directly to the slide without relying on an adapter plate. That direct-mount architecture keeps the optic lower and closer to the bore axis than most adapter-based setups, which tightens the relationship between your sight picture and your natural point of aim and eliminates one more interface where movement can accumulate under recoil.

The slide is finished in Diamond-Like Carbon, or DLC. DLC is a physical vapor deposition coating rather than a traditional salt-bath or oxidation finish, which means it bonds at the surface level rather than sitting on top of the metal. The practical result is a finish that resists abrasion and corrosion without adding meaningful thickness, so the slide continues to run in holsters and cases fitted to factory dimensions.

Front and rear serrations are machined into the slide to give a consistent purchase during press-checks and administrative handling, whether you’re running gloves or not. For shooters who want to run irons instead of or alongside an optic, the slide ships with a cover plate that incorporates a rear sight and a separate front sight, so the pistol is functional out of the box without a separate sight purchase. A Noveske-branded end plate is also included for a finished appearance at the rear of the slide. All components are manufactured in the United States.
