Description

The Otis Multi-Caliber Rifle Cleaning Kit is built for shooters who run more than one rifle and don’t want to maintain a separate cleaning kit for each one. It covers the full span from .22 caliber through .30 caliber variants, handling cartridges including .223, 5.56mm, .243, 6.5mm, .270, 6.8mm, 7mm, .308, .30-06, .300 Win Mag, 7.62mm, and 8mm in a single organized package.

The rod system uses solid brass sections that thread together to reach 36 inches when fully assembled, with a swivel handle that lets the rod rotate freely during the cleaning stroke so the brush or jag follows the bore’s natural rifling rather than fighting it. A separate 2-inch component adapter gives you the flexibility to configure the rod for shorter or longer bore access. Caliber-specific bronze bore brushes, cotton mops, and pierce point jags are included for .22, .25, .27, and .30 caliber, with the size marked directly on the stem so there’s no guessing at the range. Two patch sizes — 50 one-inch squares and 20 two-and-a-half-inch squares — cover the range of bore diameters in the kit. A white nylon all-purpose brush handles carbon and powder residue on exterior surfaces without risk of scratching the finish. The included 0.5 fl oz bottle of FP-10 Lubricant Elite CLP handles cleaning, lubrication, and protection in a single application. Components are precision machined and made in the USA.
