Description

The A-DAC 15 complete lower receiver is built for shooters who want full ambidextrous control over their AR-15 platform without retrofitting mismatched aftermarket parts. Radian machines the receiver from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, which gives the material its structural density while keeping the component lighter than steel alternatives of comparable rigidity.

The central feature is the patented A-DAC system — Ambidextrous Dual Action Catch. On a standard AR-15, locking the bolt open requires a right-handed shooter to break their firing grip and reach across the receiver to actuate the bolt catch. The A-DAC eliminates that compromise: pull the charging handle rearward, press the right-side magazine release button, then let the charging handle go forward. The bolt locks back without the shooter’s hand ever leaving fire control. That sequence matters most in timed or high-pressure situations where grip transitions cost time and introduce error.

Beyond the A-DAC, the lower ships with a Talon ambidextrous safety selector and a left-side magazine release, so every primary control is reachable from either side of the receiver. The Magpul CTR stock and Magpul K2 pistol grip are included, giving the build a defined point of contact and cheek weld without requiring additional configuration out of the box. The Cerakote finish Radian calls Radian Black covers the exterior, providing corrosion and wear resistance while keeping the surface appearance consistent across the platform. The receiver accepts standard AR-15 components and is compatible with multi-caliber upper configurations, which means the lower is not locked to a single chambering if the shooter’s needs change.
