Description

The Reptilia Puller was developed in direct response to a request from a military end user, and that origin shapes every design decision in it. The goal was a charging handle that works reliably for both right- and left-handed shooters without adding bulk or snag points to the upper receiver — a genuine ambidextrous design that stays low profile rather than trading one problem for another.

The body is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, which offers a meaningful strength advantage over the 6061 alloy common in less demanding applications. That matters on a charging handle because the latch and body absorb real impact loads during both normal cycling and malfunction clearance drills. The finish is MIL-STD Type III, Class 2 hard anodize — a specification that defines coating thickness and hardness rather than leaving those variables to the manufacturer’s discretion, so wear resistance and corrosion protection are consistent and predictable.

The Puller suits shooters who want an ambidextrous handle that doesn’t interfere with optics, night vision mounts, or other hardware crowding the top of the receiver. The low-profile geometry keeps the latch clear of accessories while still giving both hands a secure purchase during chamber checks or forceful manipulations under stress.
