Description

The Obsidian45 3 Lug Mount is designed for shooters who run 3-lug-compatible hosts and want to attach the Obsidian45 suppressor without threading. Rather than screwing onto a muzzle, it replaces the piston assembly inside the Obsidian45 and locks directly onto a 3-lug barrel stub, which keeps the overall package shorter than a threaded mount would allow — the connection hardware sits inside the suppressor’s body rather than adding length ahead of the muzzle.

The quick-attach and detach mechanism is built to hold the suppressor in consistent alignment across multiple removals, which matters because point-of-impact shift tends to track directly with how repeatable the mount’s registration is. There is no thread engagement to wear or cross, so mounting and removing the suppressor is a single, deliberate motion. The design also addresses suppressor walk-off, a common concern with mounts that rely on ratchet or friction systems alone, by securing the suppressor positively during firing.

At 2.55 ounces, the mount adds minimal weight to the host, which keeps the balance of a pistol-length setup closer to normal.
