The HAVAK Element M3 is Seekins Precision’s answer to a specific problem: building a mountain rifle light enough to carry all day without giving up the rigidity a precision bolt gun needs at the shot. It is chambered in .22 Creedmoor, a cartridge that occupies useful ground between the .223 Remington and the 6mm Creedmoor — flatter shooting than the former, with less barrel wear and recoil than the latter, and well-suited to Western hunting distances where shots past 400 yards are routine rather than exceptional.

The 20-inch barrel keeps the package compact for steep terrain while still extracting meaningful velocity from the .22 Creedmoor case. A 1-in-8-inch twist rate stabilizes the heavier, higher-BC projectiles — 80- to 90-grain bullets — that make the cartridge worth using at range, so handloaders and factory ammunition shoppers alike should weight their choices toward that end of the bullet spectrum. The barrel is threaded 5/8×24, which accepts the suppressor and muzzle device options that have become standard for this use case.

The chassis is built around what Seekins calls the Mini Chassis, a design that integrates a full-length M-LOK rail for attaching accessories without adding hardware between separate components. An integrated 20 MOA rail with a built-in level is machined in rather than bolted on, so the optic sits lower and the cant reference is always present. The stock is a Mountain Shadow carbon fiber unit — chosen for weight reduction at the cost center most hunters notice first when climbing. The finish throughout is Armorer Black anodize. The rifle ships with a single three-round polymer magazine.
