Description

The Seekins Precision NOXs is built for AR-15 shooters who want a free-float handguard that does not add bulk or compromise balance — particularly suited to competitors, precision shooters, and anyone running a rifle in tight spaces where a heavy, wide forend becomes a liability. Seekins designed the NOXs around the premise that excess material is a problem to be engineered out rather than tolerated.

The handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a Type III Class 2 hard coat anodize, which is the same treatment used on mil-spec components and holds up to sustained field use without flaking or wearing through to bare metal. The wall profile is kept exceptionally thin — 1.5 inches across with a 1.350-inch internal diameter — which means the handguard clears most standard barrel profiles comfortably while keeping your support hand closer to the bore axis. That lower hand position improves muzzle control during follow-up shots.

M-LOK slots are distributed along the handguard’s body, letting you attach lights, bipods, and other accessories only where you actually want them rather than carrying the weight of a full Picatinny rail everywhere. An integral top rail runs the full length for optics and irons. Anti-rotation QD sling points are machined directly into the body — not bolted on as an afterthought — so there is no hardware to loosen or snag. A Cross-Lok barrel nut ties the handguard to the upper receiver and draws anti-rotation duty from both components simultaneously, keeping the assembly from shifting under load. All mounting hardware and the barrel nut are included, and installation requires only basic hand tools.
