The P365 Fuse is Sig Sauer’s answer to a specific carrying problem: how do you get a full-size grip capacity and an optics-ready platform into a frame narrow enough for consistent concealment? The solution is the LXG grip module, which keeps the overall width at one inch — thin enough to disappear under a cover garment — while still accommodating the flush-fit 21-round magazine that ships with the pistol. That capacity comes without the bulk penalty you normally accept when you step up from a subcompact, because the grip geometry rather than the grip dimensions is doing the work.

The 4.3-inch barrel extends sight radius meaningfully beyond the standard P365 configuration, which translates to a more forgiving aiming picture at distance without pushing the pistol into a size class that complicates carry. Up front, a fiber optic sight draws the eye quickly in varied lighting conditions, paired with a black serrated rear that reduces glare and keeps the focus on the front post. The slide is pre-cut for the Romeo-X Compact optic, which mounts directly without an adapter plate — the Fuse ships with that optic installed, so the iron sights function as a backup system rather than a placeholder for a future purchase.

The trigger is a flat-faced nickel-plated unit, which shifts the contact point geometry compared to a curved shoe and can feel more consistent across different finger placements. There is no manual safety, so the draw-to-fire sequence stays simple and repeatable under stress. Three magazines are included: two 21-rounders and one 17-rounder, giving you flexibility between carry and range use from the box.
