Description
The P365 X-Macro COMP is Sig Sauer’s answer to a specific carry problem: how do you fit a 17-round capacity into a pistol narrow enough for everyday concealed carry. The solution is an all-new Macro-Compact grip module that accommodates the higher-capacity magazine while keeping the frame slim enough for the profile the P365 platform built its reputation on. The grip ships with interchangeable small, medium, and large backstraps, so fit is adjustable without gunsmithing.
The slide is integrally compensated, meaning the comp is not a threaded addition but part of the slide itself. That integration redirects a portion of propellant gas upward at the muzzle to counteract muzzle rise, which tightens the window for reacquiring a sight picture between shots. Because it is built into the slide rather than added externally, overall length stays compact and there is no separate part to come loose or require timing.
XRay3 day/night sights are fitted as standard. The front sight uses a tritium insert surrounded by a bright green ring that reads clearly in daylight without requiring illumination, while remaining visible in low light when the tritium activates. The slide is optic-ready and compatible with the Sig Sauer Romeo-X Compact, so a miniature red dot can be mounted without a separate adapter plate. Two 17-round steel magazines with high-visibility followers are included. The grip module features a standard 1913 accessory rail forward of the trigger guard for a light or laser. The pistol does not include a manual safety.
