Description
The P320 AXG Legion is built for a shooter who wants the control advantages of an all-metal frame without leaving the P320 platform behind. The grip module is machined from aluminum and finished in Legion Gray Cerakote, which shifts weight lower in the hand and adds a solidity that a polymer frame simply cannot replicate — the consequence is a more stable sight picture under rapid fire and a feel closer to a traditional metal-framed pistol during extended range sessions.
Recoil management goes further than the grip module alone. The slide incorporates a two-port expansion chamber cut directly into the steel — not bolted on afterward — that redirects propellant gases to counter muzzle rise at the source. Because the chamber is integrated rather than added as a separate component, there are no alignment concerns between the barrel and a separate compensator body. SIG quotes up to a 25 percent reduction in felt recoil compared to a standard P320, which translates directly into faster return to target between shots.
The factory-installed ROMEO-X red dot sits on a slide cut that also accepts RMR and DeltaPoint Pro footprint optics, so the platform is not locked to a single optic long-term. XRAY3 day and night sights back the optic up without requiring a separate co-witness purchase. The skeletonized flat XSeries trigger and extended magwell with custom LEGION Hogue G10 grip panels complete a pistol configured for fast, deliberate shooting rather than one that asks the owner to source aftermarket parts before it performs as intended.
