The P320 Compact in .45 ACP is built for shooters who want a full-caliber defensive pistol in a package that works equally well in a holster or on a nightstand. The compact frame trims the grip and slide to reduce printing and improve maneuverability without forcing a compromise to a single-stack magazine—nine rounds of .45 ACP is a meaningful amount of capacity in this size class.

The striker-fired mechanism gives you a consistent trigger pull from the first round to the last, which matters when adrenaline is running and fine motor control suffers. There is no manual thumb safety to disengage under stress; the internal safeties—a striker block and a disconnector—work passively, so the pistol is ready when it needs to be and won’t fire from a drop or impact.

SIGLITE night sights are tritium-illuminated, which means they are functional in complete darkness without any batteries or activation step. That is a direct advantage over standard three-dot sights in low-light conditions, which is precisely when a defensive firearm is most likely to be needed.
