Description
The P320 Full is a duty-sized striker-fired pistol built around Sig Sauer’s modular serialized chassis system, which means the fire control unit is the regulated component—not the frame or slide. That architecture lets a shooter legally reconfigure the same serialized unit into different grip modules, barrel lengths, or calibers without acquiring a new firearm. For a full-size platform intended for home defense, range work, or concealed carry in a proper holster, that flexibility has real practical value over the service life of the gun.
The 4.7-inch carbon steel barrel wears a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating rather than a traditional bluing or parkerizing. DLC is significantly harder than most conventional finishes and resists both abrasion and corrosion with less surface friction, which matters for a barrel that sees regular holster wear. The slide itself carries a Nitron finish—Sig’s corrosion-resistant salt-bath nitriding process—that works into the metal surface rather than sitting on top of it, so it won’t flake or peel with use.
The optics-ready slide uses Sig’s PRO optic footprint, which accepts a wide range of direct-mount red dots without an adapter plate. The pistol ships with SIGLite night sights front and rear, so it’s usable immediately if you’re not mounting an optic. The medium full-size grip module includes a full-length accessory rail for a light or laser. Two 10-round steel magazines are included. There is no manual safety, consistent with how most duty-oriented striker-fired pistols are configured—the trigger’s consistent pull weight and the striker’s passive safety are the designed retention features.
