The grip module geometry is where SIG’s X-Series design does its real work. The extended beavertail and deeply undercut trigger guard let you ride the bore axis higher than earlier P320 compact frames allowed, which translates directly into less muzzle flip and faster return to target between shots. The fastback carry cut and contoured internal magwell clean up the profile without sacrificing a secure purchase.

What sets this particular SKU apart from a standard X-Compact is the factory-installed ROMEO-RS PRO optic. Mounting an optic after purchase means confirming footprint compatibility, sourcing a mounting plate, and verifying zero — this ships with that work already done. The optic uses a side-loading CR1632 battery tray, so you can replace the battery without breaking zero or removing the optic from the slide. MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination) puts the dot to sleep when the pistol is stationary and wakes it on movement, extending battery life in carry conditions. Backing up the red dot are X-RAY3 day/night sights, which use tritium inserts for low-light reference whether the optic is your primary or a contingency. Two 15-round magazines are included.

The serialized fire control unit, not the frame, is the registered component in this platform, meaning grip modules and slide assemblies can be exchanged around it as your needs change.
