Description
The P365-380 is built for shooters who want the P365 platform in a cartridge that makes the gun genuinely easier to manage. Sig uses a lightened slide and a lighter recoil spring than the 9mm variant, which reduces the effort needed to rack the slide and softens the felt impulse during firing — a meaningful difference for shooters with limited hand strength or those new to semi-automatics who still want a capable, carry-oriented pistol.
The grip module and fire-control unit are shared with the 9mm P365, so the ergonomics and trigger feel carry over. The trigger is Sig’s curved striker-fired design. The stainless slide carries a Nitron finish and is cut for a direct-mount optic, giving owners a straightforward path to adding a compact red dot without requiring a separate adapter plate. The manual safety is ambidextrous, satisfying the Massachusetts-compliant configuration this pistol is specifically built to meet.
SIGLITE night sights come installed front and rear from the factory, using tritium inserts for low-light target acquisition without any additional hardware. The two included magazines are steel-bodied 10-round units. At 15.7 ounces with a magazine loaded, the pistol sits at the lighter end of the micro-compact category, which matters across a full day of carry. The 5.8-inch overall length and 1.1-inch width keep it genuinely concealable in a standard IWB or OWB holster designed for the P365 family.
