Description
The P365 was designed around one problem: most subcompact pistols that are easy to carry are unpleasant or difficult to shoot well. Sig Sauer addressed that by building the P365 on the XSeries grip module, which offers a fuller purchase than the original P365 frame. That extra grip real estate gives shooters better recoil management without adding meaningful bulk to the overall package, making it a practical choice for concealed carry as a primary gun rather than a deep-cover backup.
The striker-fired action has a flat trigger — the XSeries flat trigger — which positions your finger consistently across the face of the blade, helping produce a repeatable trigger press shot to shot. The manual safety gives shooters who prefer a physical safety on a carry gun that option without requiring any modifications. At 3.1 inches, the barrel keeps the overall length down while still providing enough sight radius to shoot with reasonable precision at defensive distances.
The front sight is an XRAY3 day/night unit, which uses a photoluminescent ring around a high-visibility element — bright and usable in both daylight and low light without requiring a battery. The rear is a night sight, putting tritium-illuminated reference points on both ends of the sight picture for low-light use. Two 10-round magazines are included. The slide is Stainless Steel with a Nitron coating, and the frame is polymer, keeping the pistol light for all-day carry.
