The P365X with factory-mounted ROMEO-RS is built for a shooter who wants a red dot on a carry pistol without sourcing and mounting an optic separately. The slide arrives from the factory already milled to the compact Shield RMSc footprint and fitted with the ROMEO-RS Compact red dot, so the optic sits as close to the bore as the platform allows — which matters for the adjustment required when transitioning between close and moderate distances.

The ROMEO-RS uses MOTAC technology, meaning the optic powers on the moment the pistol moves and shuts down when it stays still. That removes the habit of manually switching the sight on before a draw, which is a meaningful operational simplification for a carry gun. The reticle pairs a 2 MOA center dot for precision with a 32 MOA surrounding circle for fast target acquisition at close range. Eight brightness settings let you tune the dot to ambient conditions from indoor ranges to direct sunlight.

The 365X grip module is longer than the standard P365 frame, which gets a full firing grip around the 12-round flush-fit magazine without extending the slide or overall footprint. An integrated magazine funnel is built into the base of the grip module to guide reloads under stress. The flat-faced X trigger is designed to keep finger placement consistent across shots by promoting a straighter rearward pull path. XRAY3 tritium and fiber-optic sights are co-witnessed with the red dot, giving you a mechanical backup aiming reference if the optic battery is depleted. Two 12-round steel magazines ship with the pistol.
