The P365 X-Macro with ROMEO-X is built for the shooter who wants a serious carry pistol without accepting reduced capacity as the price of concealability. The XMacro grip module keeps the pistol’s profile narrow and close to the body while housing a 10-round steel magazine — the configuration that works in jurisdictions where standard-capacity magazines are restricted, and ships with two of them so you have a spare from the start.

The slide is cut to the P365-XL length and machined to accept the ROMEO-X Compact red dot directly, without an adapter plate sitting between the optic and the slide. That lower mounting position keeps the dot closer to the bore axis, which reduces the mental shift required when transitioning from iron sights. The XRAY3 day/night sights are retained as a co-witness backup, so you have a usable secondary aiming system if the optic needs a battery or takes a hit.

The 3.7-inch barrel and striker-fired action keep the trigger pull consistent shot to shot — there is no external hammer to snag on a cover garment, and no manual decocking step in the draw sequence. The grip module accepts interchangeable backstraps in small, medium, and large, so the fit can be dialed in without aftermarket work. A standard 1913 accessory rail sits forward of the trigger guard for a light or laser. Nitron finish on the stainless steel slide provides corrosion resistance without adding weight.
