Description
The SilencerCo AC5367 is a direct replacement barrel for the SIG P365, built specifically for shooters who want to run a pistol suppressor on one of the more compact carry-sized platforms. The stock P365 barrel has no muzzle threads, so this swap is the practical starting point for any suppressed setup on that pistol.
The barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel, a grade chosen for its dimensional stability and resistance to the heat cycles that come with suppressed fire. The Black Nitride finish goes on after machining, hardening the surface and providing corrosion resistance without adding meaningful material thickness that could affect fit. The result is a barrel that runs reliably in wet or humid conditions without the maintenance demands of an uncoated stainless surface.
The 1/2×28 muzzle thread is the standard pitch for 9mm suppressors, meaning it will accept the widest range of currently available 9mm cans and direct-thread adapters without needing a booster thread conversion. A thread protector is included to keep those threads clean when you are shooting unsuppressed. Note that running a tilting-barrel pistol like the P365 with a suppressor requires a Nielsen device — sometimes called a booster or piston — to allow the barrel to cycle correctly under the additional muzzle weight. That component is sold separately and is not included here.
At 3.7 inches, this barrel is slightly longer than the factory P365 barrel, which is a normal consequence of adding a threaded muzzle section to a compact-frame pistol. Installation is a direct drop-in swap with no gunsmithing required.
