The Safariland Model 7371 is built for shooters who carry a SIG Sauer P365 outside the waistband and need retention they can trust without sacrificing draw speed. The Automatic Locking System does exactly what the name says: the moment the pistol seats fully, a lock engages without any extra step from the shooter. To draw, a thumb swipe releases the lock as the hand acquires a shooting grip, so retention and a fast presentation happen in the same motion rather than competing with each other.

The holster body is formed from SafariSeven, Safariland’s proprietary non-marking nylon blend. Unlike injection-molded thermoplastics that can become brittle in cold or soft in heat, SafariSeven is formulated to remain stable across a wide range of weather and temperature conditions. The material also will not abrade or mar the slide finish of the pistol during daily holstering. Raised interior stand-offs keep the gun body separated from the shell wall, which lets debris and moisture fall clear rather than pack against the frame.

The 7371 ships with the 571BL micro paddle — a smaller-footprint mounting platform specifically developed for sub-compact pistols, where a full-size paddle would extend well beyond the grip and print obviously under a cover garment. The paddle rides the belt close to the body and accepts belt widths from 1.5 to 1.75 inches, which covers the majority of everyday carry belts without requiring an adapter.
