Description
The Safariland INCOG-X is a hybrid inside-the-waistband holster built around a collaboration between Safariland and Haley Strategic Partners, aimed at concealed carriers who need a deep-concealment solution that accommodates a weapon-mounted light on the Sig Sauer P320. The thermofolded construction conforms closely to the pistol’s profile, keeping the overall footprint compact enough for meaningful concealment while still providing full firing-grip access before the draw stroke begins — a trade-off that more minimalist shells often sacrifice in the name of thinness.
Retention is adjustable, so the carrier can tune the draw resistance to match their training standard rather than accepting a fixed factory setting. The clips lock outward over the belt, which distributes the loaded weight more evenly and resists the inward roll that a lighter clip design can produce under a full magazine. When those clips need to come off, the improved strut design allows removal and reinstallation without reaching for a tool — a practical consideration when switching between carry configurations or belt types. This particular variant ships in the Suede finish with black hardware, configured for right-hand draw, and is matched to the P320 with a weapon light attached. The multi-positional mounting geometry means it can be worn at various cant angles and positions along the waistband without requiring a separate purchase for each preference.
