The Strike Industries Short Handguard is a purpose-built replacement module for the FN PS90 chassis, intended for shooters running the Strike Modular Chassis (SMC) 90 kit who want to trim the platform’s forward profile without sacrificing accessory real estate. The shorter length keeps the forend compact, which suits closer-quarters handling and reduces overall weight at the front end of what is already a compact bullpup layout.

The body is machined from high-strength 7-series aluminum, a material choice that holds its geometry under sustained use without adding significant mass. The rigid construction means mounted accessories stay indexed consistently rather than shifting under recoil or rough handling. M-LOK slots at the 9, 11, 1, and 3 o’clock positions give you four attachment zones around the handguard’s circumference, so lights, foregrips, or hand stops can be positioned to suit your grip without committing to a fixed rail-heavy design. A Picatinny rail runs along both the top and bottom, providing direct attachment points where a tool-free, repeatable interface matters most.
