Description
The CSM-07 is a remote activation switch designed for shooters who want to control their SureFire WeaponLight without repositioning their hand or crowding their rail with additional hardware. It connects to any SureFire WeaponLight equipped with a plug socket — including Millennium Universal, Classic Universal, Scout Light models fitted with a socketed tailcap, the X300, and the X400 with the XT tailcap assembly — and delivers the same press-and-hold momentary-on or click-through constant-on behavior you would get from the light’s own tailcap switch.
The seven-inch cable is long enough to reach a forward-mounted light from a comfortable thumb position on most standard rifle and carbine configurations, keeping the switch where your support hand naturally rests without forcing a compromise on handguard real estate. A single switch handles both activation modes, so there is nothing to reconfigure between a quick press and a sustained beam.
The housing is compact polymer, built to SureFire’s weatherproofing standard, and the clamp attaches directly to any M-LOK rail section. Because the mount uses M-LOK slots rather than a full-length Picatinny section, it does not add appreciable height or bulk over the handguard surface. The switch and plug are rated weatherproof, which matters when a light activation failure is not an acceptable outcome.
If you are already running a SureFire WeaponLight and want to free up your shooting hand without adding a bulky pressure pad assembly, the CSM-07 is a straightforward, purpose-built solution designed and built in the USA.
