SUREFIRE DUEL SWITCH/CAP ASSEMBLY

Description

The DS00 is a waterproof switch assembly designed for most SureFire Scout Light WeaponLights, with the exception of the Micro Scout Light Pro. It replaces or upgrades the tailcap arrangement on compatible lights to give the operator genuine control flexibility without forcing a choice between integrated and remote activation.

The assembly houses a click-on/click-off pushbutton that operates independently from whatever remote tape switch is plugged into the switch receptacle. That independence matters in practice: if a remote switch cable is damaged or fouled, the integrated button still works, and vice versa. Neither controls the other, so neither failure disables the light entirely. The receptacle is compatible with the ST07, SR07, and SR07-D-IT remote tape switches, all of which are sold separately.

A system disable feature lets the operator lock the light out entirely — useful when the weapon is staged or stored and inadvertent activation needs to be ruled out. The two-piece housing is O-ring sealed and swivels, which allows the integrated pushbutton to be rotated into a position that suits the shooter’s grip and mounting configuration rather than forcing a fixed orientation. Available in Black and Tan to match the host light’s finish.
